IF INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, PICTURE WILL NOT BE USED IN THE SLIDESHOW, SO PLEASE READ!

Please follow these instructions carefully. If they’re not followed, your photo will not be used in the slideshow.

Submission Rules - All types:

• Deadline: Saturday, May 1 at 5:00 PM – No late photos will be accepted.  No exceptions.

• File Size: Up to 25 GB

• File Types: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

• File Name: Save the photo using your senior's first and last name (or club/sport name)

• Emailed submissions will not be accepted.  They need to be submitted via the online form provided.  Online forms are hyperlinked in the PURPLE slide types below.

Photo Guidelines:

For Your Free Individual Slide:

• Only one CURRENT photo per senior. It can be submitted by the student, a parent, or a guardian.  Please ask extended family not to send in photos.  

• If you want to include multiple photos, you must make your own collage and send a single file.  We recommend limiting the total number of images due to visibility.

• A younger photo can be included but it must be in a collage with a current photo.  Solo baby/kid photos will not be accepted.

• Pictures should be ONLY of the Graduate.  No family members or other individuals.

• ALL pictures have to be fully clothed- no baby photos in diapers only please!  All pictures should be in general good taste.  BHS administration has final approval so we will err on the safe side to avoid issues.  

• Do not write messages or names on the photo/collage – their name will appear on the slide.

• If we receive more than one photo of the same student, we’ll use the first one submitted.

For Senior Team / Club Photos:

• One photo for each team / activity.

• All sports & clubs are welcome, but should be PWCS / BHS recognized.  If you have questions about whether something qualifies, please ask.  

• Photos should include only senior members, and all of them.  Coaches should be excluded, when possible.

• Submission needs to include the names of members.

For Military / Armed Services Slides:

• All branches and service types are encouraged to submit.  This includes Active Duty, National Guard, and ROTC.  

• This slide is In Addition To the free individual slide available to each Senior.

For Senior Candids:

• We accept group photos of BHS seniors ONLY.  No family, non-seniors, non-BHS students, etc.

• The submitter will be asked to confirm this has been adhered to.  

• We reserve the right to limit candids due to space constraints.

Important Notes:

• Above are the ONLY options for picture slides.  All are free within the rules and quantities listed.  Additional picture slides are NOT available for purchase.  

• The above picture slides are different than purchased Shout Outs, which do not have a picture.

• You don’t need to buy a Shout-Out to submit a photo for the slides above.

• If you do purchase a Shout-Out, the photo will not appear with it – it will be placed randomly in the slideshow.  They will be separate slides.

Where You’ll See the Slideshow:

• Prior to the graduation ceremony at Eagle Bank Arena on the big screen TVs

• It will be posted on our YouTube Channel after the graduation ceremony.
